Excellent service from Stephen Wicks every time you visit the workshop. I have had the car in a few times for issues, and services over the last three years and he always goes above and beyond right from my first visit. If there were more stars I would've given more. There is a friendly open manner from the minute that you enter the showroom, no matter who you are. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aston Martin Newcastle for sales and the ongoing regular maintenance and services thereafter. I like the personal touch where staff remember your name like Stephen always does.
Just to say a massive thank you to Aston Martin Newcastle for looking after my car. Stephen Wicks has been fantastic and more than once sorted my car out whilst at the same time making it convenient for me. Very impressed and pleased with the excellent service provided by Aston Martin Newcastle. Chris Thompson was a star and helped and guided me through initially buying my DB11 V12 and was also there to help when I came to sell it back to the Newcastle dealership - absolutely flawless from the whole team. The DB11 is a brilliant piece of machinery and i loved it to bits throughout - the V12 is an absolute hooligan and very addictive and i'll very likely buy another when i return to the USA.
Stephen as always was attentive, helpful and readily available for all of the questions I had re the service and the car upgrades I'd requested. Sterling job again, she's back and better than ever!! Great work Stephen and the team, thanks again!!
Exceptional level of service received by James Thomas at Aston Martin Newcastle, from start to finish the attention to detail on purchasing a new vehicle was faultless. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the purchase and vehicle was effortless including driving over 4 hours to handover the vehicle in person making the purchase feel much more personal. Lovely dealership to deal with and James is an asset to the team and the Aston Martin brand. 100% would recommend and will be coming back for future vehicle purchases.
My experience with James and the team at Aston Martin Newcastle has been nothing short of exceptional. Although I wasn't there to buy a brand new Aston Martin maybe one day but rather a used Mercedes S500 Convertible, the team treated me very well. The car was in tip-top condition and having owned it now for a couple of months, it has been running flawlessly. Thank you very much James & Co for the experience and sorry for the overdue review.
I feel compelled to share the first-rate service I had from Aston Martin Newcastle last week. Notably; Stephen Wicks, who looked after my car and I throughout the experience. On this occasion, I handed over my aging Aston with various age-related niggles and the team addressed all of them professionally and for a reasonable fee. It requires a combination of expertise and creativity to look after the older cars and it is very much appreciated when this happens. The car is now in great shape and my family and I are delighted. Recommended.
A big Bravo Zulu to Carl Leightley at Aston Martin Newcastle. Been looking for a Cayenne Turbo for a while and saw this online. I'm based in London so communication with Carl was via email & phone. He was very informative and seemed to have a passion about the car he was trying to sell, he even sent me a video of the car after I commented that it looked a bit dirty in some photos. Anyway, negotiated a deal on the car and arranged to travel to Newcastle to pick up on a Sunday. Carl even sent me a video of the car again showing the ceramic coating that I agreed to have put on. Met Carl in person and he was great, went through all the paperwork and the job was done quickly, offered to show me all the various controls/features etc. The showroom was immaculate as was the F1 edition Aston! Top Class dealership. Aftersales has been great as still need a couple of things from Carl which he has promised to deliver. Overall, 10 out of 10.
