Enjoyed my experience as staff were friendly, helpful but not in your face or pushy which puts you off. Made to feel important even though not purchasing a top of the range car. Given good advice on leaving a returnable deposit to secure the car. Gary Wake the salesman I dealt with came into work on a day off to look over and test drive my car as that was the only day I could get in due to work commitments. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had a excellent experience at Infiniti, Silverlink. 
All the staff were friendly & welcoming. Special 
mention to salesman Gary Wake, I went in not 
understanding all the options when purchasing 
my new car, Gary was very patient & helped find 
the right deal tailored to me also a great price for 
my old car. My overall experience with Infiniti was 
a positive one and I would definitely recommend

Just an all round great experience Chris riach and his sales team are second to none. 
I went to the showroom give Chris a basic outline of my criteria & he found me a car within budget and matching my criteria, 4 days later and I drove my new car away.
Very happy indeed 
I would not hesitate to recommend Infiniti Newcastle to anyone.

Exceptional service from Chris Riach. Living over 200 miles and 4 hours away from the dealership, his assistance was incredibly helpful when we spotted the car we were after online. He helped with getting the paperwork sorted and stayed in regular contact via email whilst the details were finalised, and was a pleasure to deal with when we made the journey to collect the car. He even suggested places nearby to stretch our legs and have a wander before starting our long journey home.
Excellent service is priceless, and something always very much appreciated.

Over the moon with everything. Could not fault the buying process one bit. Very easy, professional, courteous and prompt. I still can not believe the quality and luxury of these motors for a fraction of the price of a bog standard audi/bmw rep mobile. Just had a 1 year service and the car came back cleaner than new!. I received a video of the inspection before any work was carried out. How is that for service? Have recommended twice already and will definitely recommend again.
