I have just had my aygo second year service done today I was informed it would cost me 255 pounds nothing needed done to warrant the cost just the normal oil change etc it only has 10,000 miles on the clock. We have been good customers over the years as we have had 2 Rav 4,s and said aygo sorry but I am feeling ripped off so therefore they have lost 2 good customers in the future

Me and my partner wanted info on a toyota part. They never replied to an email and when we called they said they would call back and never did. Not happy with that kind of customer service....

Took my car to the silverlink branch for a safety recall. When I collected it there were numerous dash faults. Complained and they denied responsibility saying faults can occur at anytime. Asked for written log of my complaint as they were unwilling to listen so I could contact my legal representation and the service manager became very aggressive and hid in his office. After complaining to hq, logs were proved by mazda that the fault occurred during the recall work. I was considering buying a cx5 several months later but went elsewhere due to their terrible service and attitude

They have just serviced my Auris and I’m very impressed. Helpful, courteous, and they delivered on their promise of getting the car sorted within 2 hours.
