Got my car here a couple of years ago. The lady who served me was very friendly and did a good job in negotiating it so I could get it at a fairer price. The car runs smooth till today. With normal wear and tear to be expected. Other than that never had any issues. The manager I believe was a bit too pushy and cocky for my liking and when I got the car it had 0 fuel, and fuel light was on. Which I thought was a bit of an unreasonable thing to do to a customer who'd just spent thousands of pounds on their product. Other than that great motor, mostly good service from staff. I may try try another branch come time for an upgrade though.

Visited here to enquire about a van and was seen by Marc Rutherford. Great down to earth salesman who didn't hound me with any old pap he could spew out in order to secure a sale. Made my purchase through him and contacted me several times before the van was ready to show me similar models that had come in and sort out my reg transfer.

Very happy with the service from Customer support they got my car sorted out for me..David carlile from Shiremoor branch has being very helpful in getting the car looking brand new thanks for sorting it out.

Don't think i will buy a car from yourselves again obviously changed since the purchase of a fiesta from yourselves a while ago which was a great car and was a nice enough buying experence. Tell you why while looking for my next car i came across on your website a car looked great.Looking closer i noticed a warning light on the dash and a code 55 on the dash when i looked this up it is a warning to say the dpf is full .A little advice when you are selling a car make sure there are no warning lights on the dash 1st.
