Excellent service at Tyneside Audi yesterday. Went in with an engine warning light which was diagnosed very quickly. I was then informed that my car had a service plan that I didn’t know about and that the repair would be free of charge! All throughout I was kept informed of the progress by the very professional Jasmine Yellowley, as with all the staff I’ve dealt with so far at Tyneside Audi.
Ordered my new car a few weeks ago, the salesman, Rupert was great, even when I changed my mind. Collected the car yesterday, once again Rupert was good. We had a little presentation to introduce our new car with an opportunity for photos. After the presentation he 'set-up' the connections to the car. Great service - Thanks!

My daughter bought a car in January from Tyneside Audi a couple of months ago the service light came on, we thought this must be a mistake as it would have been serviced before she got it, anyway we finally got around to giving them a call to be told it never got serviced before they sold it to her and that they do a service plan. I said i was very disappointed in this and surely we should have been told when buying the car, the gentleman said he would get someone from the sales team to give my daughter a call, it’s been 2 weeks still no phone call. For a company that prides itself on its customer care it has fallen short for my daughter. I certainly will never be dealing with them again.
Buying a new car is absolutely not my favourite experience, however Claire at Tyneside Audi couldn't have done a better job. Super efficient, friendly and not at all pushy - I would recommend calling in if you're in the market for a new vehicle. The car is very nice too.
Just bought a car from Audi Wallsend and it was a great experience! The staff there were welcoming and helpful, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. A special thanks to Kevin - he's incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect one without feeling pressured. He patiently answered all our questions, walked us through the buying options, and ensured we were totally happy with our decision. The car we chose is exactly what we were looking for, and it's a pleasure to drive. Kevin even helped us get set up with the Audi app and followed up the next day to ensure everything was alright. Really satisfied with the whole process and grateful to Kevin and the team at Audi Wallsend!
Rupert was simply amazing. This is by far the most efficient and painless car buying experience I have ever had and I'm in my sixties now - so there's been quite a few cars. I saw the car online yesterday, spoke to Rupert and agreed a part ex price and how much I would have to find to buy the car which was affordable and I came and picked up the car today. If I could give 6 stars I would. Certainly 6 thumbs up.
From ordering my car and collection was first class customer service from Mitch. Always kept me informed and updated. Have been to many garages in my time for new car. The attention given was first class and service from Mitch was one of the better experience. Will definitely use again.
