Had to take my car here to replace a spare key. I received conflicting information from both the parts counter and the service counter. They initially told me the parts for the key would take up to 3-5days to arrive but actually took over 2 weeks. I paid upfort for the key parts and coding of the key, then the service counter told me I had to pay an additional £70 for the key to be coded and argued with me when I explained I'd already paid for it to be coded. The coding should have taken around an hour to complete but they insisted that they also had to do a complimentary free car health check, to which I would receive a DVD with footage of my car and a report. Although I though this was a brilliant service and agreed to the free health check, it ment I was sat waiting for over 2 and a half hours. Once they completed the work I received my new key and I asked for a copy of the health check report, only to discover they hadn't completed the helath check or documented any of the findings. So I'd been sat waiting for over 2 and a half hours for no apparent reason what so ever. They then offered for me to come back another time for it to be completed, as if they hadn't already wasted enough of my time. For a prestige company / brand like Porsche this is simply uneceptable levels of customer service.
