Exemplary service demonstrated by both Fraser and Ben during the purchase of my first 911. Incredibly hospitable and felt both made the buying and handover process extremely straight forward and enjoyable, particularly as I was travelling some distance to collect the car. Picked up our Taycan GTS from Porsche Newcastle this week. I had been speaking to Fraser backwards and forwards for about a week as we are from Colchester. Fraser was superb from start to finish. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years of car ownership. Fraser went above and beyond, every step of the way. Instead of high pressure selling and a nagging feeling I was being ripped off somewhere in the process, I felt listened to. Fraser dealt with any question I had and gave great advice when it came to getting the best value for my old car. Everything was explained in detail and every member of the team I came into contact with has a professional and friendly manner. It was a real pleasure and I can’t recommend Porsche Newcastle enough.
Excellent friendly staff who keep you informed before and during the work being carried out. They always listen to your questions and advise on all outcomes. I thoroughly recommend Porsche Centre Newcastle for servicing or repairing your Porsche. PS. They also have excellent coffee and look after you well in the Showroom!
My wife and I have bought a good few cars from this garage over the years. We have recently had the pleasure of buying our second in six months from Chloe Newton who we have found to be totally professional and very efficient whilst also being very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She also has a very good knowledge of the cars. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her colleagues who we spoke to also. After sales care has also been excellent.

My husband and I purchased a new car from the Newcastle dealership last weekend. As we don’t live local, we had to communicate via the phone prior to collecting the car. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jaimine and Ben. Both guys are an asset to Porsche and the broader JCT600 group. Nothing was too much trouble and we received amazing service and both are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Every member of staff we encountered in the branch was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the dealership. Excellent Service, I would definitely Recommend Porsche Newcastle. Jaimine and the team were brilliant from start to finish. Ordering and adjusting the specification was very straightforward with excellent communication and regular updates along the way. I travelled over 500 miles return to Porsche Newcastle over my local dealer due to the exceptional customer service. I will be definitely using again.
