The showroom was absolutely pristine, and the staff were lovely. One staff member, Louis, assisted me and Louis was absolutely amazing, informative, helpful and very polite.
Today I travelled 150 miles to Bentley Newcastle to see a car that I had dreamed of owning all my life. The car I'm question was a little bit out of my price range, but the guys were so helpful I thought I'd go see it anyways. I had looked as several McLarens before hand but found them to be a little unspectacular. The odd mark here and there, a few worrying things etc etc I have Bentley the benefit of the doubt and went to view the car. When I arrived they had the car indoors for me in the showroom, all polished up and looking the real thing. They let me go over every inch of the car, answering my questions and explaining every little detail to me. This was by far the best McLaren I hand looked at. The thing is, the dealership had plenty of new cars in worth double that of the used McLaren, but they still made every effort to treat me like a VIP. After an hour or so, we took the car for a test drive. No pushy salesman, just a friendly drive out and a good test of the cars abilities. After that they simply asked me if I was interested in buying the car. We sat down, talked figures over a coffee. I told them where I was at on price and we agreed on a happy medium. I left there feeling great, I put a deposit down, they are sorting the rest out for me and have promised a full VIP treatment for my wife and I when we come to collect it. Gordon Biswell is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and laid back car salesman I have ever dealt with, and Matt Dalby, the sales manager bent over backwards to accommodate my financial needs. I can't recomend this place enough. What a great dealership.

Wonderful time at Bentley Newcastle, the showroom was clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Louie introduced us to each car and then allowed us too peruse at our leisure,, we never felt rushed and were allowed time to thoroughly look at each car .
From looking, test driving, purchasing and picking up the car couldn’t have been a better experience. Aaron and Mat dealt with everything and made us feel quite important from start to finish. Should a Bentley or Ferrari be on the cards there’s only one place I’ll be going …
I did a work experience here and all the staff have been extremely supportive and helpful, it has helped me to develop some new important life skills and I would highly recommend paying a visit here.
