Excellent service - I couldn't have asked for better. Lee, the salesman, made everything so easy. The car was in perfect condition - far better than I expected in fact. He arranged the tax and 5 free days' insurance too. I was greeted with a cup of coffee and cup cakes as well. I will definitely recommend Richard Hardin Silverlink to friends and family.

Richard Hardie Silverlink give the best car sales and service ever. We have had 6 cars from them now and their service is fabulous. I cannot fault them and they always give us a good deal. Silverlink all the way x

Richard hardies were professional and efficient with the customer service of my new car. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Lee in particular who managed the sale was fantastic and very supportive of my needs. Would totally recommend dealing with the silverlink garage and will definitely purchase my next car from them.

AVOID.
Do not use this garage. 
They are horrendous and customer service is non existent. Staff lie all the time and couldn’t care less once they have some form of money from you. They make promises then refuse to keep them, saying it wasn’t ever discussed. I am Still having problems with a car I bought from them late last year and they don’t want to know about it. My family members have also had bad experiences with them. We now know not to use this garage ever again. Cowboys!

Absolutely disgusting customer service and staff tell nothing but lies! I got a car in February 2017 and was paying for gap insurance. My car got wrote off in October 2017. To this date I am still paying for my car which is £255 a month because the man who sold me the car never activated my gap insurance! The company have been promising to refund me the money I’m owed and clear the debt of the car seen as they are at fault! This has been going on for ages and I’ve been promised for weeks now that the money will be in my bank. Best of it is, I’m 38 weeks pregnant and still no further forward this company has caused me nothing but stress then ring the police on you so you can’t speak to anyone! Disgusting keep well clear from these guys!  Evans Halsahw do better deals on better cars, go there!
