The whole process, from part-exchanging our previous car to a new one was absolutely seamless. Gary took care of everything, kept us up to date whilst waiting for the new one which came sooner than we thought. Beyond happy and would recommend these guys every time. Thank you.
Picked my car up today and I can honestly say the customer service I've received has been second to none. Gary kept me informed with regular updates, nothing was too much for him and he dealt with all queries professionally. Just purchased my second Mini from Stratstone Mini Tyneside and from all the car dealerships I’ve dealt with and there’s been a few, these guys are by far the best around!!! Gary Stewart Mr Stratstone Mini is an excellent representative and an asset to the Mini brand. Gary’s attention to detail and his knowledge of Mini’s is second to none and no question is a daft question sorry Gary! I ordered my new Mini at the beginning of March 22 and collected it at the end of October 22 and throughout the long-long journey, Gary kept in touch and kept us informed at every step of the way.
