After purchasing a whole butter-basted chicken to go from this store, I opened the packaging only to see a used adhesive bandage hanging from the skin on the breast of the chicken. It was absolutely disgusting.nGood to know that wearing gloves is not a requirement for the kitchen staff.
Why is the staff so racist? This was always in my mind until I realised that not one employee is non English. Is that a company line? Only hiring English people or just the local store policy? Either way it's quite appalling to experience such level of discrimination in our days. The people working there are not more capable than others, on the contrary they seem to lack basic qualifications and manners, it seems the only qualification they do possess is being English but that doesn't make them offer a better customer experience. It's concerning seeing such racism paraded oh so proudly...
Lots of clothes to choose from, it is a huge outlet with three floors. They also have a foodhall with so many options.
Nice sized Marks and Spencers food hall. Offering the full offering of the more premium dishes. Prices for food will obviously not compete with your lower end brands, and why should they? Your paying for quality products here. There is no slacking with the display of the shop either. All products are constantly being brought forward making the store look very presentable.
