I honestly do like Marks & Sparks as it was the only place my Nan would but her clothes and do her weekly food shop. This store is very good and so are the majority of it's Staff, some of them do need to be re trained on giving good Customer Service. I like the Food Hall, but unfortunately the thing that let's the Food Hall down is the complete lack of Wheelchair Trollies. Went there today and asked for one, to be told they did have 6 before Xmas but by the start of this year they had all been stolen. My reply was as it was now July why hadn't they ordered anymore in, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and "We have tried but it's not a priority" I did point out to the member of Staff four Wheelchair customers all having to balance a basket laden down with shopping on their laps. Come on M&S your better than this, it's not a way to treat your Disabled Customers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of nice merchandise. Plus lovely cafe for a coffee and a bite to eat. Love it.

Great place to shop, food , clothes and restaurant all in same place. good varieties and selection for the whole family range.
