Seems like a lovely place. They have a system to let you in after hours that works well, especially if you're stuck in traffic. The location is good, near the park. Free guest parking and excellent wifi. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are large. Could do with bigger duvets on the twin beds, as a guy I hate getting cold every time I move in the night. Not quite 5 stars but no negatives.

Staff excellent. Nice room. Very impressed with the hotel. Food outstanding.

The room was clean and well prepared. The entire hotel feels like home and the staff are helpful and friendly. I would recommend getting a pint at the bar at least once!

Lovely hotel close to the docks when cruising. Colin was amazing very helpful and friendly

Came for a Christmas party. The food they served for the buffet was fantastic, especially the buttery prawns. The drinks were reasonably priced and I was able to pay on debit card without setting up a tab. There is an outside seating area which I imagine is lovely when it is not raining.
