Great place to spend the night, especially if you are setting sail from Southampton Port the next day. Free WiFi and nice clean rooms. It id near the motorway, so there is some traffic noise but nothing excessive. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel for after Christmas.. staff very friendly and helpful. Accommodation 5 star. Food 2 star. It’s a shame the restaurant isn’t open and menu for gluten free options very poor..

Typical of the Doubletree standards this is a delightful interior with lots of changes of style. Seating is spacious and comfortable and staff are respectful and pleasant. The dining area was very interesting with a good menu and well prepared food. The extra cost is worth it when you know that the standards are guaranteed and high.

Hotel rooms are as to be expected for a DoubleTree, and were clean and well maintained. The bar area was comfortable and relaxed. I ate in the restaurant as part of a large group and enjoyed the food. I ate the lamb which as cooked perfectly. Service was prompt and attentive and all the guests in my party enjoyed their evening.

Nice rooms, very good customer service. Good food. Staff extremely good with children. Wasn't so keen on parking charges for overnight guests.
