Very unhygienic. I asked how often they change the towels. the manager texted me to say, "towels are for drying. showers are for washing". 
You do not talk like this to your customers. I would give this place a 0 rating if I could.

I stayed here for quite a while because of work. It's cheap and cheerful, so don't expect luxury, but for my needs it suited me perfectly.
