It’s a Travelodge. A budget hotel and that’s why it only costs around £50 a night. It was clean and comfortable which is all we hoped for!nParking tip - don’t park at the council car park they advise on the website. Park a 1min extra walk away at the Swan Shopping Centre car park. That’s free overnight between 6pm - 8am so works out a lot cheaper than the council one.
Comfortable, clean, lacked a small fridge. the coffee in room was very underwhelming.nnStaff were amazing as my 2yr old decided my car keys were better placed out the 2nd storey window and they did all they could to retrieve them!!nnMuch appreciated!
If you need to be by station you could not get closer. Rooms are good as with all travelodge hotels.nYou are also right in town. So parking can be an issue. But a few streets away you can park overnight and Sundays. Check for residents permit requirements. Not expensive to pay and park here either.nnOften cheap than other travelodge in area.nnCan be a bit noisy Saturday night. But close window and not issue. Room do get hot on sunny days, and think its fan not aircon.
We had a smell in our room drains but apart from that all was good. Spoons is next door
Stayed in lots of these hotels some are good some are poor this 1 is ok in eastleigh but room was on front close to main road far to much noise
