Nice central location. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and are a good size. There's a lack of usable surfaces or space to put clothes away in the room. Plus the entrance to the hotel is down a side street that I would not usually walk through on my own or at night.

Overall a nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. Sadly they do not have hair dryers in the room but we later found out they do have some at reception that you can borrow. The entrance to the hotel was not great as the street outside was a bit dirty and rough, but inside the hotel was clean so that was good to see.

Maybe the hotel is maybe very central, but it needs serious renovation. My room was on the 6th floor and I was practically unable to have a shower because of low water pressure. The room was very basic, carpet needed proper cleaning, with a missing bedside table which means all my stuff was on the floor. View wasn’t special: I fell asleep with the sound of outdoor air conditioning units, got out of sleep in the middle of the night by drunk people shouting, and finally woke up in the morning with the sweet sound of singing pigeons (cough) walking on the window sill. Won’t stay here again.

Excellent position. Entrance in tiny back a little off-putting and difficult to find. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Monday we arrived no hot water till about 9pm. Tuesday out all day room not replenished till about 7pm. Then from about 3am this morning fire alarms kept going off every 20 minutes. So fed up with this we cut our holiday short and left the hotel about 4am and waited on the station for the first train back to London...
