We had a beatiful stay here. Its a wonderful guest house with stunning rooms and a very Friendly host.
You can reach every part of the Centre in just a few minutes walking. 

On our next trip to Edinburgh we definitely stay in this guest house again.

Accommodation is excellent value. Location is good near to Edinburgh centre, and plenty of eating out places nearby. Breakfast included is a very nice with good range of options. Rooms are lovely presented with ensuite, sofa, lounge table. Can fully recommend and would stay again when visiting Edinburgh.

Accueil charmant.  A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville. Chambre propre fonctionnelle et literie ok.

Precioso B&B en el barrio de Leith. Elegimos la habitación con baño y nos encantó. Con chimenea (ciega) y una bay Window maravillosa. La cama comoda con varias almohadas y el baño espacioso y limpisimo. Habia tres posibilidades de desayuno, el scothish, vegetariano y continental. Super bueno y preparado en el momento. Los dueños encantadores, saben cuidar bien a sus huespedes. Super recomendable!
