Absolutely amazing! There is nothing to fault. The room was excellent, with a comfy bed and a great window view. The location was brilliant to begin the royal mile and very close to some very fancy (but also very expensive) restaurants. The staff were so friendly and nice offering suggestions with what to do during your stay and assisting with luggage. Lastly, the breakfast at the start of the day was incredible!

Really lovely independent family run hotel. Generous sized bedroom, high ceilings, tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing - no hustle and bustle. Walking distance from pubs, restaurants and public transport. No lift that I am aware of but stairs are well lit, carpeted, wide and even. Hosts are approachable and friendly.

Spent long weekend at Marie's and Edwards adria hotel beautiful hotel inside pristine clean hotel and delicious breakfast every day staff were very attentive and couldnt do enough to help out very enjoyable can highly recommend this hotel and very central for tram and bus routes a must for holiday makers In edinburgh

Excellent hosts, wonderful breakfast! Really near the city center. Perfect setting for our holidays in Edinburgh. We will come back!
