We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with a stunning master bathroom. One of the highlights was the incredible view of Edinburgh Castle from our window, especially magical when lit up at night.nnWe also made full use of the spa, and wow!!it exceeded expectations. From the outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the city skyline, to multiple steam rooms, saunas, and peaceful relaxation areas, it truly offered every amenity you could want for a luxurious wellness experience.nnThe staff were warm, attentive, and extremely helpful, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful with plenty of delicious options.nnOverall, a fantastic stay!! we would highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and an unforgettable Edinburgh experience.
Probably more of a 4.5 star.nWe got the club level castle view, which was great all except the rooms got very warm and the AC would not keep in either room.nVery comfortable beds, but the rooms were a bit tight, and the lights throughout room were weird to operate.nClub was very good, and the food was well prepared and enough, with a nice happy hour offering. It seemed by midweek,there was a lot of business meetings and interviews in the club lounge, which made it hard to just unwind and relax - but maybe thats what it is there for?nWarning at the beginning of October there was a cocktail event right beside the hotel that was super loud. Fortunately it was kicking off as we were leaving, so only had it for one night.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. Checking in was a breeze, the staff at the lounge was attentive and professional, breakfast was great, our room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. We read the reviews before booking this hotel, and we were concerned about some of the issues people complained about, but we didn't experience any problems. We felt welcomed and would like to come back.
stayed in here for my partner birthday. such an amazing hotel place was so clean and rooms were lovely. All staff were so kind, welcoming and lovely. couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a special occasion. The spa was so clean and relaxing. i definitely recommend staying here.
We cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Sheraton. The moment we walked in we were greeted and made to feel at home. Excellent view of the castle from our room, amazing staff, great food, very clean facilities, and relaxing ambiance. We were treated with courtesy and respect, and made to feel like we were family. We had such a great stay that we didn’t want to leave. Sheraton thank you for all you did to make our stay memorable.
