Brilliant swimming pool. Clean, lots of lanes, good showers, decent hairdryers and friendly and helpful staff.nnPlus they've just added two drying machines. Great.nnI'm sure the rest of the facilities are great too. But I only really use the pool.
Sathy was incredibly helpful in renewing my membership. She was well informed and extremely professional. She managed to welcome incoming members with warm greetings while assisting me. She is a valuable member of staff.
We are visiting from the US. This gym allows a monthly membership option and they have several branches throughout the area. But this community gym has everything we need. They provide so many opportunities to exercise from using weights, treadmills, swimming and numerous classes. It's clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. Sethi at the front desk is so kind and helpful, we also like Jane one of the trainers. Our teenage sons arw working out too. ‍‍
Just moved to the area, wasn't aware of the change over from the previous company to now Active Lambeth. The manager I met Jean was really friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed and I enjoyed my swim, on the way out I even had a cheeky sandwich and orange juice. Will certainly be joining this lovely local leisure facility.
I have swum at this pool for 15 years but today the very officious woman at the counter would not let me in for a 20 minute swim because she said the pool was fully booked. It was obviously not full and one lane only had one person in it. She seemed very pleased with herself to be able to turn me away, obviously enjoying the power trip, and when I said that this had never happened before in 15 years of regular swimming she laughed and said 'well you have been lucky then!' Very unpleasant.
