This hotel is just fabulous!! The location is perfect, the service is really good and the staff are there for any question or request always with a smile. The room was comfortable and everything about it contributed to us having the best time! Having a small kitchenette with a Brita tap just made it so much better. We will definitely come back again!
Located in a relatively quite street in central London, but we happened to stay during the “Pride in London” event , the crowd outside was crazy, don’t ever go outside during the event, but the soundproof of the room is good so we still had some good sleep. Plenty of bars nearby, Chinatown is about 5-10 mins walk. The room is clean, shower is good, there is a towel warmer too. the staff is super nice and welcoming. Nothing to complain about. Walkability: 2mins walk to underground station - Tottenham Sqaure Rd. 10mins walk to Chinatown, Regent Street, Oxford street.
Great hotel! Especially the helpful staff there. Definitely will visit next time. We checked out in the morning and were planning to leave London. However, my family didn’t feel well at the time. The hotel graciously provided us to rest for an hour, and my family felt much better. We couldn’t imagine what we would have done without the help from the hotel staff. Aside from that, the hotel has a great location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Great location in the heat of where everything is happening and close enough to get to major history! The staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean. Love the effort to be green. The towel warmer didn't work in the bathroom not that I am accustomed to warm towels. I would have liked more ventilation in the bathroom. Also, I would recommend that the outside of the building and alley/street that it is located on be cleaned daily. Empty bottles, trash, and cigarette butts make down the integrity of the building and experience. I do recommend this hotel. Walkability: In the heart of all the action. Walkable to night life, good food and theater.
Had an amazing stay here! Hotel was clean, water pressure was strong, had a well functioning air conditioning, and the dryer in the room was powerful enough to dry my waist-long hair in 10-15 minutes. The staff were super attentive and friendly too! I also asked for an extra bed, and was pleasantly surprised to find the bed very comfortable, unlike some hotels where they would just throw on a 2cm thick mattress on a steel frame.
The hotel and staff are well-presented, but the room we had was quite small with a depressing view of another resident's outdoor space. Can't fault the hotel's location. We were travelling for a month throughout Europe and this might be the most expensive hotel of the trip. London, innit?Rooms: 3/5
We were there last October and we are going back in September. The people on the staff are the most professional, the very kindest I have ever met. The are so helpful. You really feel taken care of. The rooms are spotless. The small kitchen is a mega bonus. The location is perfect. Walk or cab or subway to dozens of shops, sights and fabulous restaurants
This is my 2nd time staying at the Resident Soho, and it truly is the best location when visiting central London. The hotel is in the perfect location, and walking distance from so many restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. The staff is so nice and super accommodating. Very safe area. You will not go wrong with booking this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
Great location….set at the end of a cul-de-sac but it’s right in the middle of the action too. Fifty yards from great pubs and eateries. Our room was spotless and well-appointed….great shower….with all the Moulton & Brown toiletries provided. Mini kitchen is such a plus including sink, fridge and microwave oven. Housekeeping excellent…..room perfect again each day. Recommended…..I’ll use this place again.
Great hotel in the Heart of Soho. Plush carpeting throughout the hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette with microwave, plates and silverware, Nespresso Coffee Machine & Tea Kettle. Brita Filtered Water on Tap. Standard Double Rooms are quite small with very little room to get around the Bed. Great Location though!!!! Rooms: Standard Double Rooms are very small. We also had an issue with the Air Conditioning and had to change Rooms. Nearby activities: Dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping at your doorstep. Walkability: Very Walkable Area. Quite lively at night. Close to shopping on Oxford Street.
