Classy, stylish decor. Impeccable service. Great location on a quiet street. The staff has been so attentive. I would expect nothing less from my favorite hotel chain. I’ve stayed at several other Edition locations and the standard of excellence throughout is always impressively consistent. As a bonus, the Thai chicken curry dish I had for room service was one of the best Asian meals I’ve had in London as well.
Loved, loved, loved this hotel. My wife and I stayed here for five days and it was the perfect location to explore the major sights and enjoy the restaurants of London. So close to the museum and major shopping areas. The service was top notch. The front desk asked about the things we wish to do during our time here, and proactively helped set things up to ensure our stay was successful and productive. The shampoo, lotions, and bath robes were amazing. bought lotion for my home use to make me feel like I'm extending my stay in the Edition.
Overdue review from previous stay. The location is great for sightseeing and proximity to restaurants and very walkable. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and functional but small it's Europe so expected. Will definitely stay here again when back in London next year!
Can easily say it’s one of the best hotels in London to stay in. Rodrigo made our stay extra special, and all of the staff members went above and beyond. Nothing is too big or too small and they accommodate every request. I would never think of staying anywhere else when in London. Amazing hotels and the staff, once again, are the real difference. One of the absolute best hotels and certainly the best in London. The hotel is modern, luxurious, and relaxing and calm at the same time. The staff is super attentive. Rooms are immaculate and extremely comfortable and well designed. Amazing all around.
First stay here but awesome experience. Location is second to none, rooms were freshly refurbished, immaculately clean and the service was top class. We stayed for a special occasion and the staff went over and above with the little details. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommendRooms: 5/5
My first time in London was absolutely amazing and one of the best trips I’ve ever taken simply put because of my wonderful stay at the London addition. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel from the front desk staff to the security to the service. I need to give a huge should put and thanks you to to Lucia, Corless , Amadeus and of course we could never forget Gopy! The whole crew at this hotel is amazing the rooms are sick the bars are beautiful the food is great I don’t forget you have to have some punch :- location is sick rooms are amazing to book this is a must stay when you come to London. Again thanks for the amazing crew that I mentioned above for making my day so memorable I’ll definitely be back.
Whether you fancy dining at Berners Tavern, or bespoke and pricey cocktails at the Punch Room…this is one of my favourite spots in Fitzrovia. I visited last week to attend a female empowered talk on International Women’s Day, great downstairs conference space with a twist. Recommended for a night of extravagance.
Review of superior king room and the hotel I will preface my review by saying that I love this hotel, I had an amazing experience, accommodations and the staff were wonderful. My detailed review below shows the positives and the negatives, and I hope that the Hotel is able to address some of these issues for the next time I stay in London which will 100% be at this hotel! Positives The staff and Service are impeccable. Immediate responses, friendly and professional service, excellent concierge, front desk and housekeeping service. The hotel is very well appointed, beautiful and very clean. The room is very well designed, very spacious, clean, warm and Homie feeling. The bathroom is large and beautifully appointed with gorgeous tile. The shower and bathtub faucets work great, really nice shower. There is a nice backlit mirror for putting make up on in the bathroom Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel are provided. Really nice products. Extra amenities such as umbrellas, and bathrobes and unlimited bottled water are provided which makes this day especially nice. There’s a fabulous coffee service set up in the proper place in the room& Extra pods too There are lots of drawers and closet space, Chairs and desk space. Easy to put away your clothes and function comfortably in the room. Management upgraded me to a nicer room- they were very thoughtful and very kind. The restaurant and bar have given great thought to their menu, and their menus, drinks and food were spectacular. The service in the bar and the restaurant were both fantastic, we felt very taken care of, And felt like they were very concerned about our being satisfied and happy. The hotel is extremely well located, you can walk to Soho, and all the surrounding areas. Negatives The room is very dark and it’s difficult to find enough light to be able to function for normal every day activities. There is no center light, a minimal light over the desk, the lights next to the bed are not bright enough to read the television remote. It’s very difficult to function in the room and I have had to use the light on my phone multiple times.Bathroom lighting great The bathtub tapers on the inside to the bottom into a corny scoop, To the point that no one with a normal width of the rocks could fit comfortably. The sides of my hips hit the inside sides of the bathtub before my but it’s the bottom and I had to sit suspended above the bottom in the water, very uncomfortable. The tub is very beautiful, just not functional. The bathroom sink is very long and has a an extremely long tapered sink that reaches almost to the outer edges. Leaving little flat space to put your bathroom supplies. Everything tapers down into the center of the sink. I understand the intent which was to create a long sink for two people to stand at, but the design of the sink is crazy! The air conditioning system did not work. They were willing to send someone but it was the end of a long day so I didn’t bother. When you turn the air on heat came out. It would be really nice if the television allowed you to log into Netflix and other streaming services like so many other hotels do. The television in the room limits you to a small select group of channels, most of which do not play anything of interest The bed is a little bit hard for curvy side sleepers.- The mattress is not bad, just could be a little bit softer. Although the hotel is well located in the middle of Soho, Soho and the surrounding areas are extremely busy, crowded, and active until late in the night. A lot of drinking, bars, partying. It’s a little overwhelming walking outdoors in the neighborhood in the evenings. Overall, very happy with this hotel. They do need to take a look at their bathroom fixture choices such as the bathtub/sink choices Probably out of their control, the lighting and the television options which could be improved. The people in the service make up for any negs!!!
