The exterior is one of my favourites in London... inside the high end service is as good as the design and interiors. We stopped for drinks and coffee and were made to feel super welcome as if we were staying for dinner or the night. Super location. Will be back again!
Had a wonderful meal at Charlotte Street Hotel. All the staff were amazing - thank you Patrick and everybody for making a birthday evening so special. Everything was perfect, but the service made it outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!
Super stylish hotel set in quiet back street. This makes a lovely get away as it is not far from the hustle and bustle of oxford street . Popped into their lounge area for a coffee and cake . Warmly welcomed and staff are brilliant . Sofas make for a relaxed atmosphere
Love this place. It has a great atmosphere and is just a super place to meet for drinks. The cocktail menu is pretty much the only thing that lets them down as there isn't much on offer although you can ask for something off menu.
Had a wonderful tea with friends. The staff were superb and the biscuits excellent. Highly recommended.
Lovely hotel with a great location Staff are great and nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant serves great food. Bar can get very busy at the weekend and is open. To non residents.

one of the best hotels stayed in London. its classical and work of art how the interiors are maintained as medieval age. the personal welcome note from the manager was quite a touch. breakfast was amazing and room is stupendous.
