Lovely service. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Quaint hotel tucked away behind Russell Square. Went there for anniversay celebration. Would visit again.
Very pleasant experience! Had the classic afternoon tea with a glass of champagne. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Lovely service and some very tasty finger foods. Only critique is that the balance between sandwiches and sweets are off. There’s far more sweets compared to sandwiches and scones.
Amazing. This place exceeded our experience. We were there 2 years ago and we loved it. Everyone is so friendly, courteous, respecful and quite lovely. We've had breakfast there as well as dinner. Highly recommend this place and its so close to make other attractions.
Delightfully surprised thought it would be nice but even better when seen for ourselves, as booked on line. Food tastier than most and lovely hotel plus winter wonderland with snow machine, good fun. Definitely recommend. Staff lovely too.
Perfect in all ways, staff room service food location. Breakfast buffet was awesome classic English breakfast. Their tea service and dinner was just awesome.
We love this hotel. It is in a great place for exploring London. The service is exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and the building is very historic. The ethos is traditional with all the modern requirements of a 21st Century hotel. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.
