Paid $250 for a deluxe room. Were put in a below ground floor room with construction going on til 10:30pm or so. Our view was some kind of junk or storage bags of some kind and pipes with steam or something coming out. We could watch the backhoe and people's legs going by. We had a couple of drinks but were seated in the lobby. The next evening they didn't even have the Jamison we were drinking.
Perfect for attending seminars at Unite H.Q. Large well appointed rooms, with 2x double beds, tv, clean bathroom/toilet, 24hr bar, large rest area with comfy chairs, tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. Would definitely use again.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed from July 10 to 14th. Booked a family room. It was fairly comfortable. Not sure why extremely tiny bins are placed in the room and bathroom area. A/C worked well and staff was quite pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good stay.Rooms: 5/5
Terrible! Stay away. When we checked in after a long trip, nobody offered us any help with our bags. Only one key was issued due to some system malfunction. Room is old. Bathroom with dents and cracks. Signs of the water damage on the ceiling. No deadbolt, so no way to lock the room from the inside. No USB or any other power source by the bed. Air conditioner is located right above the bed and blows air into the face. Very bright outside lights are right in front of our windows and it is impossible to sleep without shades. Shower door is installed on the wrong side. I can keep going, but this is more than enough to conclude: This is not a 4 star hotel as they claim. It is an overpriced 2 star motel.

Blake Beauchamp was not there as expected. Despite this hiccup, we had a great time. Tinky Tombola was a fantastic host.Rooms: 5/5

Really small room. The Carpet in the floor not clean. The bathtub was dirty. Stayed for 3 days and the 2 the heating was not working. The staff were friendly.Rooms: 1/5

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. My room was big and it was myself, my wife and our two boys. Breakfast is great. Quickly felt very at home. Stayed for 5 nights. Great location - close to metro / underground and British Museum.Rooms: 5/5
