Excellent overnight stay. We were greeted with great service, friendly attentive staff, a spacious room, comfy bed, very clean with a large walk-in shower. The lobby and bar area was cozy, relaxing and comfortable. We were within walking distance of the tube and all the local amenities. Perfect for those visiting the West End and viewing the sights. Highly recommend the double tree, would definitely stay again- who doesn’t like a warm cookie?! Rooms: Twin room was spacious and very clean Safety: Felt safe in this area Walkability: Easy to walk to the tube or Covent Garden was a 17 minute walk
The staff at the Doubletree West End is just tremendous. The reception staff, cleaning crew, and Bellman are top notch helping us accommodate changing itineraries. Frazer, the hotel manager I believe, is a tremendous asset to the organization. He went above and beyond to remedy an issue for us that was greatly appreciated and his leadership qualities and attentiveness are first class. Would definitely come again for the staff

I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Before I arrived, I contacted the hotel to ensure I had the correct room and that they were expecting me, which they were. Lubo I think her name was was very reassuring and made sure we had a good room. The hotel staff are fantastic at recognising special occasions that you are celebrating. On arrival we were greeted wonderfully and there was a postcard and cake in the room waiting for us. The wait time to check in was limited because they had lots of staff on, and had concierge staff to support you to your room if required. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the rooms are of good condition. Welcome water was in the room too, and even an extra 1000 points available if you don’t ask for the room to be cleaned. Amazingly they will still quickly tidy up for you if requested. The digital key would not work on the premium door to the lifts, but did on the actual room door, just to feed that back - you couldn’t ditch the key. I would like to recognise the front door staff as being very friendly including giving us a plaster, and the breakfast team were also incredible - Mario in particular was attentive to our needs and even gave us a little pot of oat milk seeing we wanted it. The only possible aspect for improvement would be that I believe this hotel would benefit from an executive lounge for the premium rooms. It would be very fitting indeed. Otherwise, thank you for a nice stay and keep up the amazing work! Rooms: Comfortable, clean, fresh
I have been a Hilton member and Doubletree guest for years all over the world. The single room in this hotel has the size of a doghouse. The ac does not work, and ! the bedsheets are dirty! For 400$/night!. This hotel puts Hilton name to shame. Avoid! Location is great thoughRooms: 1/5
Very modern hotel and friendly / polite staff. The hotel is great value for money and the location is perfect. Very clean. I received a text once I got to my room to make sure everything was perfect and that is just the extra mile for customer service. Definitely staying again!Rooms: 5/5
The disappointment over the room advertised vs. actual did not take away from it's comfort or the hotel's ease of location. Staff tried to be accommodating to the many early arrivals, but most could not get early check in to rooms. The bar area provided a quiet and comfortable respite with a decent menu and some fireside seating. Rooms: Although our recently updated room had a comfortable bed and useful amenities e.g., USB, a/c, soaps, conditioners, etc., the room types and advertised descriptions aren't quite accurate. Our queen "deluxe" had nowhere the space purported in their pictures, the bathroom was functional but extremely tight, and the tub was not. If this was deluxe, I fear how confined the others are. My complaint isn't about the room itself--it served us well--but about the advertised details falsely indicating both visually and in detail something quite a bit roomier than the usual European standard. Walkability: The surrounding area is safe and only a couple blocks from the underground. If you're good for 15-25k steps, the Palace, Hyde Park, Big Ben, and the theatre district are all quite walkable be sure to "look left" and have water...finding bathrooms is a challenge though. Nearby stores made for easy grocery shopping while returning from walks/tube to other areas and sites. The adjacent businesses desperately need to steam clean their sidewalks as walking past them regularly meant stepping around sticky debris from last night's trash pickup.
A truly super stay at this hotel - friendly attentive staff providing excellent customer service. The room was modern; clean and spacious. The location is excellent for the west end of London and other tourist attractions. My thanks to the manager and team for looking after me during my recent stay.
The rooms were clean and met my expectations. Unfortunately, the internet kept going in and out which made it hard to watch tv later in the evening. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful.Rooms: 4/5
Had a great stay! On par with Doubletrees across the globe. I had an issue with my room and was moved with ease the next day. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I’d return!Rooms: 5/5
