I had a lovely lady nurse do my procedure this afternoon. I don’t do well will needles or blood, but she really helped me stay calm, keeping me chatting and asking me questions to keep my mind off it. Thank you! &lt;3

The online booking service is a nightmare. There are never any slots available when you try to book for next day and you have no other option. You end up waiting weeks something needs to change this isn’t a great service. Sadly a poor reflection on a great team of people who are themselves fantastic
