Very satisfied with the services and staff is very pleasant. Approachable and helpful to restart the appointment. I took away the one star as they stopped my registration without talking to me when I moved out of their area. They should have talked to me and waited till my new GP took over.
Please do not get me started, simply i think they are so busy that they just want to get you out. Therefore there is zero outcome for patients. I am struggling to even get a simple blood test for my son and wife. They even told me I have to ring hospital to book a test myself. Poor!!!
The old hag of a receptionist expects a person like myself who’s narrowly escaped death in an accident to remove myself from the surgery because I “can’t have it both ways and need to get off our list” because I’m recovering from my accident in another city. Never had issues seeing a doctor or getting prescriptions before but she just needed any excuse to have a go at myself as if I didn’t have enough of survivors guilt already. You’re such a valuable asset to the practise
This surgery it's not so close to where I'm living. I have to walk 2 km to reach it but I like this place. They are nice people, caring and helpful I had a totally different experience in my previous surgery. The doctor that visited me yesterday, it's probably a real angel working in incognito. Thanks for existing.
I was registered with this GP for around 13 years and stayed with them despite moving a few miles away from when I first registered. I always found them to be excellent with the exception of Nurse Riley who left years ago. Sister Beal and sister Smithers are fantastic and I always felt that the doctors I saw were thorough and kind despite the pressure they're all under these days. Thank you Surrey Lodge!
Was great to begin with and I was impressed, but now they just ignore you and don't respond until several promts. I'm moving GP service as soon as I've gotten what I need. I contacted them last on 15th August concerning a specific request and it's 3-5 working days. I've still not heard back and its the 7th September. When I get through to the GP it's great, but I can never get through. This isn't the first time either, I had the same in July. When you need new meds that aren't repeat because it's a trial and you can't just come off them willy nilly, you need to feel like your with a reliable GP and this place just isn't. I'd have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the great service I had originally. I get there are others with more pressing medical conditions than myself. But I'd just like to feel like I matter and they care.
The most incompetent group practice, don’t know what they are getting paid for at this point when all they do is redirect patients to other apps with other GP services or advise them to go and attend a walk in service that I have previously spent hours waiting in rather than give patients a proper appointment. They have become so lazy it’s now difficult to even get a simple phone call appointment.
This used to be a good GP practice but since 2020 it has become the WORST GP ever. Please avoid this GP practice if you can, I can’t because GP registrations have become a nightmare, I have sued them though for their incompetence and medical negligence. My daughter has been suffering from stomachache and they’ve been sending some online link to chat which is useless and my daughter has tried it for two days. My wife called them today and the GP told her to go to the Walk-in Centre at MRI Horrible experience with Surrey Lodge Practice, avoid then if you can!
This is the second time this has happened my three young children have been refused treatment who are very un well the dr Ahmed is very rude practically pittying me saying its very unfortunate..and refused to issue anything on prescription for my three young children to help ease there flu like symptoms who are struggling to eat and drink with very sore throats will be taking it higher its not acceptable. Asked to speak to practice management
Very difficult to get an appointment and was told to self refer to other services. I was mis diagnosed & just got my friend to ask her doctors instead eventually. The phone appointments don't give you a time so you essentially have to wait all day and hope you're free/in a private area when they call. The nurses are really helpful and provide a much better quality of service than the GPS do.
