Great service from medicine manager. I had an urgent request which reception wasn’t able to solve but they put me through to medicine manager who was very professional and listened to my request with empathy and issued me urgent prescription.

Yes it's hard to get appointments but Dr Chandler and Dr George are really nice doctors . I have nothing but good things to say about them both . They have both been very helpful to me and my dad .
Worst practice if Doctor Jayswal is dealing with the patient. He doesn't look at it as a doctors perspective but makes up his own assumptions!
The worst GP I’ve ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional and lack of care/emotion. If you like waiting for a month for an appointment and having very slim chances of emergency appointments then go here, if not then stay clear.
Absolutely shocking! Receptionists are rude and it takes many weeks to get an appointment even if it’s an emergency. I left the practice after poor patient service from drs and receptionist. Many breaches in data protection and wrong results given - stay clear!
Receptionists are rude. They have zero compassion and do nothing to help patients. 3 weeks to get an appointment- even for an emergency. I'm sure there is another way, but the reception staff refuse to help you. AVOID THIS SURGERY AT ALL COSTS.
