Mixed! Very friendly staff in there and the pharmacist is helpful but I have multiple prescriptions and I always have to enquire about each specific one or they will forget it.
How poor is this as a Pharmacy. My household is in quarantine due to the amount of people in this house that are in the group of vulnerable. We are not allowed to go out and on phoning today to get the medication we need to live; they are refusing to delivery vital medicines needed. Does anyone know if this is illegal or ethical?
Very limited items on shelves. There is a massive miscommunication of how they deal and handle things. Members of staff do what ever they want and even though they acknowledge that they had a member that was giving the wrong advice in the next sentence they told me that they would never do that...
the worst pharmacy i have ever been to, paid 20 pounds for my liquid medication and they forgot to put the lid on and know half of my medicine leaked in my bag. horrible staff, not helpful pharmacist.
