City health centre had been my medical practice for a long time and I only left because I moved to a different city. Dr Singh, Dr Sfeir and Lukas where always exceptional and gave the best care possible. Also Helen on reception was always friendly and helpful. Highly Recommend.

Let me just say that this GP is so horrible. The receptionists are so unwillingly to assist and i feel that they just don’t want to work. Every time I call with a problem when I’m sick they tell me to fill an application form next morning at 7:30am. I don’t understand the kind of system they have. Why can’t they just book me on for an appointment? Who the hell even came up with this shitty system? I’ve not seen this in any other GP. This GP has very low reviews and it’s about damn time someone does something about this GP. Someone has a problem or is dying but they tell you to fill an application form tomorrow morning at 7:30am. What a bloody joke

I had a really bad chest infection and I was away from home so I had to pop into this walk in centre. I had already spoken to 111 NHS and someone else who called me back on the phone and they advised me to go to my nearest clinic. I walked in here and the receptionist stated someone will call me. I stated I was advised by the 111 to come to the wall in, but she insisted that I go home. So I went home again and received a phone call, whereby the GP then stated I needed to come in to get my chest checked out. So I had to go back to the clinic, I was then checked out and prescribed antibiotics. The GP was very friendly and calm.

Rang today as was suffering again from a uti that had come back after 4 days on other meds. Meds did not clear up infection. They rang me back within half an hour to which I explained my circumstances.  Was advised to contact my doctor tomorrow take a sample and prescribed stronger antibiotics just for a couple of days until I see my doc which will probably be a phone call in the morning.  Cannot thank them enough for their patience in listening and looking after my needs. Really appreciated their help.  Rang 111 beforehand but found them so rude cut me off in mid sentence a couple of times and advised a walk-in centre.

Went into the walk in centre & I enquired about a phone call I made earlier on the afternoon about a chest infection . The receptionist was unpleasant & patronising towards me & basically told me to go home & await a call back. I then said can I not wait here now that I was in the reception waiting area & she just stared at me & repeated the same thing.  Go home & wait for a call then come back . I Said to her that it would make sense now that I was already there in the waiting area & she just stood there & started looking at me

Only used the walk in centre. have used it many times. it's fab. sometimes waiting about half an hour. you get triage by a nurse and seen by a doctor. they are really good and fast. the place is clean with lots of seating and a huge waiting area. receptionists are nice and helpful. usually the waiting room is very empty with only 4 people max when I've been. really recommend. it's easier to come here than get a regular gp appointment elsewhere

Big thanks to this walk-in clinic for having time to see my daughter with her swollen eyes lid issue on Tuesday! Over the last 3 weeks we had been to the Doctors Complete waste of time and twice to the Manchester eye hospital who gave her various eye drops for an allergy to no effect! On arrival here by chance whilst shopping in the boots store we booked in receptionist young man brilliant attitude waited about 40 minutes saw the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics tablets and spray for sinuses, after a few days all cleared up!  Again big thank you……

i want to thank andrea specifically for doing my blood test today. i hadnt had good experiences with needles before and when i walked in i was almost inconsolable, but she helped me calm down and was so, so patient with me and we got it done. thank you

Worst service. They will let you die. Best go with some other services. Inhumane people worst of the worst! Pathetic! My wife was having severe pain in her stomach and she have one month old baby and they said please fill the form.  And it’ll take one day to get an appointment. I had to call emergency services instead. This guys are worst of the worst. I felt Devil will be sympathetic then these guys!!!

I just want to thank Casey! She is such an amazing angel with my autistic daughter. We were merely visitors from Malaysia on vacation in Manchester but she treated us with utmost care. Her attentiveness and empathy really made our experience and my girl such a breeze & a great one. We called in to fix an appointment at noon and was able to get a slot for 5pm.  sorted everything by 530pm! such a breeze. thank you to NHS for the services. we are grateful and appreciative by the hospitality given.  I'm sorry to read some of the comments that many unfortunately don't really have a great experience.
