Asked to make the full payment over the phone in order to get an appointment which is absolutely ridiculous . Who gives their card details over the phone? Asked if I could pay online as a much secure manner than giving my card details and told there’s no possibility to book online. If im paying for private I rather go somewhere else and get the private service too.

Brill service , In an d out instantly . 6-8 wait on NHS currently. Put my mind at ease.  Jude was lovely and i highly recommend their service .

Great experience with ‘This is my’. I went for a reassurance scan, worth every penny for peace of mind and a good night’s sleep. They had top notch equipment and the staff were friendly and informative. In regards to someone’s previous comment about payment on arrival to the scan, although it does catch you off guard, there isn’t really a more appropriate time to settle the payment if you think about it rationally. I will definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere and for many reasons I would avoid this place. On a minor point, the estimated waiting time given to me at the time of booking was not the same as the estimated waiting time I was given after the appointment afterwards I found out that weekend days were added on top.  Far far worse was the absolutely terrible attitude of the person doing the test.  The person taking the bloods and doing the scan literally did not look up or turn around when I entered the room.  She was hunched over filling in a form at the desk with her back to me and just shouted out something like "name?" when I entered.  Then when she finally had the time to turn around to look at me she continued in the same impersonal manner and effectively demanded my payment card before introducing herself or asking me anything else.  She had absolutely no manners.  Felt totally dehumanised.  Was worried the whole thing was a scam because the Manchester clinic is obviously a temporary pop up for the appointments and given the horrific attitude of the practitioner I thought I may never get any results and was just handing my money over to a charlatan - couldn't believe a professional would act in this way.  I was also snapped at about the consent form; it was thrust at me to sign, but having read it in advance I knew I did not want to consent to use of my data for other purposes which is my personal preference and don't think I should have to justify this, however my consent to everything had already been ticked and filled in and I was just asked to sign at the bottom.  When I said I just wanted to check through what had been ticked I was chastised for not having read it in advance, so explained I had and that was the point as I knew some of the options that had filled in on my behalf I did not agree to so I wanted to go through it and correct those sections as I did not give my consent.  In response there was a snappy attitude as though it was a ridiculous decision to want to limit the use of my personal medical data.  As there are plenty of other providers on the market, I would highly recommend giving this place a miss and going elsewhere in the hope of better customer service and more appropriate respect for your personal decisions around use of personal data.  On the plus side the receptionist was lovely.  It has taken me 4 months to feel able to write this because at the time I was just so upset by the whole thing I couldn't bring myself to think about it blame the pregnancy hormones!, but now feel that I should offer a warning to other expecting mums - it is not a time to be treated so dismissively and in such a dehumanising way and wouldn't want anyone else to have such a horrible experience in early pregnancy especially when you are paying for it and have a choice to go elsewhere.

I was very happy with ‘This is my’.  Excellent customer service. Clean and tidy practice.  Very good City centre location.  Plenty of parking metered immediately outside.  Fair pricing.  Happy to recommend.

Have used this is my in both my pregnancies and think they are absolutely fantastic . Would not hesitate recommending them to anyone
