A must for anyone who is able to donate. Comforting atmosphere with quick donationCompleted over a lunch break. Worth a pop in even if its to sign up.

Excellent centre great staff and all for a good cause.

I used to donate in Plymouth Grove, but decided to go for Norfolk House near City Centre.

Made my 80th donation here yesterday. It was v well managed and the layout and arrangements changed for covid. V friendly efficient staff. Temperature taken as you come in. No parking though, but Plymouth Grove centre has plenty.

This place is well organised and planned and super friendly with all visitors.

Friendly staff, well organised and made to feel welcome. Not too busy and plenty of places to sit while waiting.

A bright welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found my experience of donating blood very relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be going back to this venue again. It is much better than the mobile venues scattered around the region.

I go here every chance I have to give blood. The staff are brilliant.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend going here. Donation process was smooth, no hassle at all
