Highly recommend, Dr Abraham I think that was her name immediately diagnosed me with a chronic condition I didn't know I've been suffering from for a while now. I'd been in and out of the GP and opticians trying to figure out what was wrong with my eyes and was given multiple treatments for what they assumed was conjunctivitis, none of which were successful because it turns out I had a different issue. Saw an immediate difference from the day I started treatment and have felt like a different person since. All of the staff were so lovely, understanding and attentive too. Can't thank the team enough!
I recently was seen at the man eye Hosp I was extremely impressed by the service I received. I was expecting a long wait, I got there 1/2 hr early, it was the glaucoma clinic, within 2 mins I was called to have a field vision test, I next had an eye test, then I had a scan followed with an ultrasound. Next I saw the consultant who examined my eyes re; pressures etc all done. I was extremely impressed by the service I received and left feeling very happy and very reassured. The best experience I could possibly have hoped for. So a big thank you for such a good experience. I would strongly recommend anybody needing treatment for the eyes to start with the Royal Eye Hospital Manchester.
If there was 0 star id give that, maybe even a negative! Horrible staff who know NOTHING, made my kidneys worse by not telling me to stop the medication, on the verge of blindness because THEY kept cancelling my appointments with NO REASON. Disgusting hospital shame on them. KILLING LIVES because LACK OF PATIENT CARE AND GENUINE CONCERN, clearly uneducated.
I cant say how much Mr Jasni and his team helped me. I had a massive eye trauma and came in with for me, no hope. Mr Jasmine and his team have been amazing, and continue to be. Words cant explain the respect and gratitude I have for them. I will never ever be able to repay it. Can not praise the enough.

I am diabetes and did not eat for those time also. No suitable food next to waiting area. I fell more sick. I hope some one look after I am just dreaming anyway
Attended the emergency clinic at 10am on a Saturday morning, triage within 20 mins, doc 40 mins later. Given the all clear been worried about a possible detached retina occurring and advice received. Out in less than an hour and a half. Friendly staff, lovely place. Excellent service. Thanks.
Mrs Cooks and her team are absolutely fabulous I've had an orbital decompression surgery and I couldnt be more happy with the outcome. Specialist nurse N.Polett is amazing at her job she was very caring and knowledable throughout the pre op and post op period. Dr omar was also amazing ! Ward nurse Agnieszka was so kind and caring and attentive I couldnt have received better care! Thank you
What a farce and a shambles...book an early appointment for the wife and after 2,5 hrs still.not been seen.Staff floating around without a care in the world.Had drops out in after 30.mins still no attention from any nurse or consultant....and we're expected to support this sort of poor service
Very well prepared for covid conditions. Losts of segregated waiting areas now. Staff are nice pleasant and helpful. Although they do seem to be working under greater pressure. They are taking health and safety seriously. Kudos to everyone there. The transport staff deserve a special mention. Both cheerful and Very helpful and very nice to deal with.
I went to my appointment here and was so nervous but as soon as I walked in I knew straight away I was going to be looked after everybody were so professional from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors I could not wish for better care .everywhere was spotlessly clean and hand sanitisers everywhere with such polite staff .my doctor was very informative and put me at ease and made me feel really welcome and was quick to consult his superior about my treatment progression .which gave me more confidence to know he was really taking time to find the best options for me I could not have wished for better care thank you so much and when I come back I will not be as anxious as I know I will be receiving tender loving care .what a difference this makes in such a busy world we live in ....thank you once again .
