Afternoon tea was excellent and tasty. The ambience feels fancy but there is also a comfortable ease.
Loved the scallops could've eaten them all day!! A nice but not too formal setting if you like 5* hotels this one is up there.
Beautiful place, went for dinner there, had the dinning room to ourselves which was a surprise. The decor is a little bit dated but the food is good and the staff are very pleasant
Great day out and a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend. The service was great and so was the tea...the staff made you feel like royals and did not rush you at all....loved the experience

Few minutes walk from Gloucester road underground. We had a great time the afternoon tea was fabulous. The service was outstanding. The seating on the couches wasn't so comfy. The tea hall was a little cold. The entire place was clean and staff were friendly.
