Lovely place. Great looking spot. Service was amazing even gave my friend a makeshift bag of ice for her recently broken finger. Great attention was paid to her during her painful time. Shame they forgot to wish her a happy birthday which I did specify when making the booking and when I entered the tally ho. Food was very tasty and the starters were also very nice. Coffee was a great dessert option. Bartender allowed me the use of her phone to call a taxi. Seems strange that they were unable to do this on behalf of a customer seen as it's a bit out of the way.
We stopped by for Sunday Lunch here. Absolutely amazing food! The Sunday roast came with all the trimmings, including a huge Yorkshire Pudding and some delicious sweet potato mash. Highly recommend this lovely country pub! Staff were great, foods amazing! Will definitely be returning.
Good roast 7-8-21 gravy was delicious. Service was good and the new outside seating area is very nice. Large field for the kiddies to explore and a tractor for them to play on.
Great venue for meeting friends. Good selection of lighter meals as well as those that can satisfy a hearty appetite. Mini puddings with coffee are a great idea!
Very nice foods, average service, pushy to clear the table asap, overall nice meals, really enjoyed it, £££.

Came to the Tally Ho for a birthday as a group of 9. The staff were excellent, they were so friendly, always smiling and really helpful. Customer service was really impressive. Then the food was gorgeous. I had a mixed roast and sticky toffee pudding and although it is slightly more expensive than other places it was lovely food. You paid for quality. Portions were also really good size with a great selection of veg. I especially loved the parsnip puree mash thing, it was blooming lovely. I would definitely recommend here, it's a lovely place with great staff and fab food
Reasonably priced. Nice selection of food. Very friendly, polite and welcoming staff. Pleasant surroundings. Good outdoor area in good weather. Would recommend. Looking forward to a family dinner to celebrate my retirement.
Lovely setting. Great food. Lots of space and comfortable spacing of tables to enable private conversations. Perfect. It was a little cool but they provide blankets to wrap up which I loved.
