This is our 3rd visit to the Water Tower. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our meals and excellent value. The tables and menus were clean . Eg tables and menus were NOT sticky. The chips were good quality and all food was cooked to perfection for me. Staff especially Josh was very help full and polite
Lovely pub and restaurant! Good food, large menu, and fairly sized bar. Super friendly staff and a fair bit of seating . They have a small car park and bus stop out front. They also accept table reservations, which I would recommend doing if you are planning on attending on a Friday or weekend.
Lovely pub, nice selection of food, the chips were excellent. Nice staff and really clean. Have no hesitation recommending it for somewhere to go for a meal.
Good atmosphere and most of the staff really helpful and friendly. Last time we came in they had run out of a huge amount of food. It was embarrassing for us and the staff serving us as this built up a huge que.
Food was tasty but you have to check your plate as there were missing items. The mixed grill was cramped on a small plate and the gammon and onion rings were missing. Even on my partner plate unfortunately I didn't take a pic were items missing. The waitress came to check with us at the end of our meal and we made her aware of missing items but she only apologise as we finished our dinner and we couldn't eat the missing items separately .
I ordered a meal with two of my mates and it took ages to come to. We didn't get an apology or reason why it took so long.Will settle for just beers next time. Not happy!
Had a 40% off main meal voucher via email, so popped in with a friend for lunch. Not very busy. Staff were lovely my friend offered to adopt one chap. Food was very good. Great value for money, particularly with the money off voucher. I had the mixed grill £10.99 - 40%. My friend discovered the seniors menu, again very good value for money.
Came yesterday and a lady called Sandy gave the best service thank you so much as well as another lady with blonde hair and glasses lovely food fast service very well looked after
We picked this pub, due to convenience. We are a family of 5. Ordered 2 roast chicken as beef had run out at 1.30pm 2 x sausage and mash, and a fish finger meal. The food took around 50 minutes to come out. It was luke warm, plastic, dry and poor quality. The kids food orders were wrong. No offer of sauces. Had to ask for more gravy. The young girl serving us was miserable. No one came up and asked if everything was ok. Overall the experience was shocking. Needless to say we left quickly and came out hungry.
Had "the best" nachos I've had in a while. Super yummy, flavoured doritos as supposed to plain doritos with a very nice cheese sauce and the normal guacamole and salsa dip. I really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to come over. I am glad the quality of food has improved.
