My experience with Suzuki is absolute 0 Wonder Ask them part number they dont give As they only want you to buy from them So make sure get all part numbers before hand as they do not give you later RIPPPPP OFFF AVOID THEM

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Really not worth it. They tried to sell me their demo car as a new car and when I found out they tried to act smart by telling me that they had informed me previously, liers. Had to cancel the deal and got the same deal from another Suzuki dealer for a brand new red car. Sturgess told me white was the only stock colour. -Shaik Irfan

Would like to share the same experience as detailed below I was with my cousin there and with regards to the same matter on top of everything else we wasted a whole day. Everyone was excited and came back dejected.

Terrible attitude by this place. Insulting, liars and crafty. Just a few words of warning from this place. Would never go near it again. And have warned others the same. Terrible communication. And a manager that doesn't mind trying to intimidate and lie. Shocking experience!

Picked up a new car from Sturgess, Leicester last week, got a great deal and the service I received all through the process was excellent and straight forward. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful especially Johnny who I mainly dealt with.
