Went in to discuss changing my car but unfortunately the timing isn't quite right with my agreement. The way James Rees helped and advised me is, I believe, highly commendable. He wasn't pushy, listened to my needs and requirements and didn't try to talk me in to something that isn't quite right at the moment. I will definitely be returning in 6 months time to look at changing my car again. Reassuring experience!

Fantastic! Took my car in for a service early morning. Had a lovely lady make me toast with marmalade and a pot of tea! I felt the service was great and also liked how they did a free car check when I was waiting for my key to be programmed. Highly recommended.

Audi Leicester is an amazing dealership with great staff. I visited to look at a new car and dealt with Georgia Connor who was very professional and knowledgeable. Got my new car sorted and nothing was to much to ask for. The best salesperson there is:)

Purchased a car with my wife. The team were first rate throughout the process. It’s always good to get a great deal but coupled with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service made this a great experience.

Ad blue pipe burst in the engine June 2017 on my A8L. Work was carried out on the car and Audi roadside assist got me a Toureg R-line as a courtesy. Everything went well. After my warranty finished in August and I had renewed it things started going downhill. Beginning of January 2018 the same AD blue pipe broke, leaking all over the engine and injectors. Took it to Audi Leicester to get the problem sorted, and when I asked why the same problem has occurred less than a year later, the service advisor said that the car may have been hit causing it to break. The AD blue pipe is right next to the windscreen. It’s near impossible in any sort of accident to have that pipe break. They were looking for any possible way to get out of doing the job under warranty. Finally everything got booked in, including a service which I had to pay for, and brake fluid and pollen filter which was extra. I informed them there was a knocking noise coming from the front side which they diagnosed as one of the bearing or brackets for the suspension, which would be covered under warranty. They gave us a courtesy car from Audi direct, a brand new Q7 like for like for my dad (the A8 is his car). On Wednesday late afternoon they rang me up saying the car is ready for collection, and that every job had been done except for the front mount, because the kit they use to fit it is in another Audi branch and they old have one for the whole country, and it would be about a week before they get it in, and they assured me they’ll have an A6 available for both me and my dad to get insured on to drive, as we work together and tend to share the cars. I said that’s fine, but I told them I wouldn’t be able to get down to pick it up as we are working till 6 and we’re on the other side of town so traffic would be a big problem, and Thursday my dad was scheduled to go out of town. They said that if the courtesy car was delivered later than Thursday 3pm we’d get charged extra for “hiring the car out”. I asked them to put me on the insurance for the courtesy car (as I’m fully comp on the A8), but they said they can’t do it because Audi direct has sorted the loan car out. So Thursday morning my dad went to drop the loan car off. Friday morning 11am I got a call saying the kit was in, so can you bring the car back down. I got angry and told the chap on the phone that if you had let us keep the car for 1more day my dad wouldn’t have had to take time out of his day to come down and pick it up, just to go down the next day to drop it off. On top of all of this, I was the one who was going to go and drop it off to them, but then they told me that only the vehicle owner is allowed to have a courtesy car, although Audi direct, Audi roadside assist, and Audi Leicester body shop department will insure more than 1 person, so long as they’re insured on their own vehicle. So now my dad can’t get down to drop the car off, and I can’t go because I can’t make my way back. Told them I am absolutely ticked off and that they will have to come and pick up my car and then drop it off when the work is done. Honestly terrible service. I would rather travel to Coventry or Nottingham. I know it’s further away but the service is a million times better.
