Bought this car from Leicester Audi on the 28th November.n67 plate 28500 miles with full audi service history..n2 owners only.nnThis is where the lies start. For the past three years I found out the car was serviced at a specialist which isn’t a problem.nnWhen the brakes were replaced in January of this year they haven’t used OEM brakes so no matter the speed that you’re going the brake squeal is horrendous.nnWithin 10 hours of owning the Vehicle a sport differential warning was on the dash.nnThere are multiple warnings on the dash to say that the bulbs out when there isn’t.nnWhen buying a car from Audi, they’re approved scheme basically means that the car has to be sold at no later than eight years old to get the 12 month Audi approved warranty.nnOn the day of purchase the 28th of November 2025 I took delivery of the car to which Audi Leicester back dated the sale and purchased date to the day before so they could therefore sell it as an Audi approved car with 12 months warranty.nnIf you buy a car from Audi that is over eight years old it cannot be sold as an Audi approved car with a 12 month warranty. It therefore drops to a Sytner select vehicle with 3 months warranty only meaning would sell for less!nnThis car wasn’t checked over properly and Leicester Audi was only interested in selling the car before 28th November before the 8 years was up!nnCar rejected within 13 days - just becareful folks and I will never buy from Audi Leicester again!
After visiting Audi Leicester a few months ago we spoke to Hakim Boutrab about the car we were after.nHakim has been brilliant in looking for the car we wanted. He has been very helpful and professional throughout the process. We couldn’t have wished for any better service from Hakim and we would recommend him if you were to find yourself looking for a new car.
