Just returned after having a VERY unpleasant experience at Leicester Ford store today 24/3 2018. Phoned yesterday and was told by Daniel that they had plenty of Mustangs  approx 23 in group. Phoned at 2pm to speak to Daniel to say that I would be coming over, spoke to Leila  on phone  she said he was with customer.( She denied later that I had spoken to her...how many Leila's work there? )When I arrived  Daniel said that 4 Mustangs sold that morning so there wasn't much choice. Asked him for print out of vehicles available...."Can't do that as systems down". Asked him for a details of finance plans..."Systems down!" Asked him for a price list "can't do that printer does not work!"  He then went to office and brought me price list for 2018 model..not much use for a 2017 model! He said I already had current price list,,,how did he know that? He dashed off early so I asked another man in office if he could get printer to print 2017 price list ...he did so he did immediately...he was trying his best to help me as he could see that I was not very happy. I'm speechless now after my bad experience............... I hope the next person to visit this store has a better experience! PS  Obviously my review rating is zero stars but I can't post this unless \I rate it, give it one, but really zero!

Great service. Bought my kuga from here and they looked after me from when I ordered to when I received my car. Delivery date was accurate. Keep up team. My next car will be from here too.

Appalling customer service coupled with an overly relaxed attitude.   The final straw was our vehicle being returned to us damaged.  The vehicle was returned for repair, with the requirement being that the vehicle was returned within three days as the car was required for a family break.

After repeatedly calling, I was told that the garage was "very busy" and that a member of staff was "on his own" and the vehicle would not be returned to us.  An inability of a large organisation to effectively arrange staffing levels, then cause inconvenience to their customers because of it, is unprecedented.

After an animated telephone call, the vehicle was returned without the repair being completed, having being held by Sandicliffe for five days.  The repair was subsequently completed after further months chasing their service staff, one of whom had decided to take two weeks leave without handing the case over to a colleague.  After being damaged by Sandicliffe on the 9 November, it was finally repaired on 10 January  by Auto-Trim in Leicester - who did an exceptional job.

The saying goes that you "can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter", and it fits my experience of this business perfectly.  The exterior may be new, glittering, steel and glass - but there is clearly something below the surface which is fetid and apt to leave a bad taste in the mouth.

Having had a bite, and finding the glittery surface to hide a noxious and bitter tasting interior, I will not be a returning customer.

Left 3 messages for a service manager to call me so that I can book a service and wanted to express concerns beforehand after having bad experiences with dealerships. No one bothered coming back to me over the course of two weeks. I only thought I’d try them as on their website they say 98% of customers would recommend them. I will not bother now

I have always received great service from this showroom. Our family have bought many cars from this site and we have always received good service from different staff. From the point of ordering the car to receiving the cars communication between us and the staff hS been on point. Recently we had an issue with one of our family cars and between the service manager Pele and Nikesh Gokani the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Both members of staff made sure that we were kept up to date at all times. We look forward to buying our future cars from this showroom again.
