The salesman was friendly and not pushy, however their prices were above the norm and part-ex values were well below the norm. Ended up at another garage who offered me a much better deal. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this garage and I won't be going back now.

Dealt with Steven Privett within the commercial vehicle department of Leicester Volkswagen regarding a new VW Kombi Van. His attention to detail and his questions posed regarding our requirements made the process of choosing the right vehicle quick, easy and simple to follow. Order placed with this guy, spot on service and we look forward to receiving our new van

A perfect place for those with some time to burn. You could do this by: Booking a test drive, but not getting any confirmation. Turning up and having to wait 2 hours to see a salesman. Listen to the huffs and puffs and grumbles from the staff if you ask them to unlock one (thus separating them from their novels) Admire the staff welded to a computer screen who will talk to no one. Talk to a salesman about the demonstrator he has beside him. Listen to all the reasons why he will not let you drive it - mostly involving having to book the drive which is what you did weeks ago. They are determined to not take your money. Makes you wonder what they'd be like once they had your money....
