Within just 3 months of getting my car serviced here I have had to get it serviced again (with another dealer)! I thought it was strange I wasn't given any notes or real details about my service, and when I asked questions they had to re check what should have already been checked, but I trusted the friendly staff that it had been done properly. Noises which were originally there have only worsened and I have since found out only due to my car being re serviced that my tyres are under the legal limit and I need to get more than £200 worth of work done to the car, as well as my break disks needing to be replaced. Not only am I unhappy that I feel I have been completely ripped off, but it also worries me due to how unsafe it is to drive a car round in this state. I should have trusted my instinct at the time that the work had not been carried out correctly. Would not recommend this garage!

I've had my car MOT'd here for a few years now. I have never had any issues and all work done is always to a high standard.

Absolutely great service from Derek Curtis Cars!!! 

Traded in a our manual Nissan Note for a semi-auto Ford Fusion (cos I can't drive manuals) and the wife and myself would recommend these guys to anyone due to their friendly knowledgeable staff, totally understanding of personal circumstances and they don't pressure you in to anything.

I went to Derek Curtis Cars looking for a new car as my car ' died' and I was spoilt for choice. I wanted to buy them all !! After looking at about 10 cars I finally decided upon a lovely Black Ford Focus. I have had the car for about 6 months and it has been fantastic. The car was prepared to a high standard and was very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and made the whole process delightful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
