Excellent. Treatment to me as customer was first rate. Details of the stage that work on my vehicle was at was updated regularly to me while I sat in comfortable surroundings with coffee and biscuits provided. Work carried out was well done and car was washed and vacuumed. All staff who were involved with me were very pleasant and welcoming.
I have visited this showroom yesterday afternoon around 3pm with my husband. We are looking to purchase 2 cars an NX as well as an IS 300 for my partner. We had a look outside where there was a small selection of used cars. We went inside the showroom to speak to someone about questions that we had on the cars we had seen. We could see that there were several staff engrossed in conversation within the offices in the showroom so walked around the New Car selections they had inside the showroom as we did not want to be rude and barge into the office with our questions. After 5-7 seven minutes there was no acknowledgement from any team members to indicate that they will come to talk to us. We were completely ignored and this is not the 1st time this has happened to us. We had previously visited the showroom on a Sunday when they did not have a lot of staff and it was late in the afternoon so we had assumed that they were getting ready to close and did not want to engage in a conversation with us that day. However yesterday's scenario was completely different as we were there earlier and could see they had quite a few members of staff inside the showroom. I could even see 2 ladies engrossed in what seemed like a social conversation. This is not the level of service that I would expect from such a reputable brand. Highly Disappointed :
The Customer service was excellent especially from the sales consultant, Darryl Heggs, who kept us up-to-date till the arrival of the car. He also gave us some tutorials on the electronics. I have been back to him for help with electronics 'am not IT gig and he joyfully taught me through. Now enjoying every ride of my Lexus to the fullest. A friend already making contact with Lexus Leicester on my recommendation.
The service was excellent, professional and very personal. I felt very comfortable and valued by both the salesman Darryl and the dealer principal Ian who spent time with me. I felt that Darryl was outstanding in customer care and he obviously went out of his was to ensure I was a satisfied customer. We were treated like royalty by every person who we came into contact with at the dealership which was very nice to experience.
I’ve purchased my third Lexus today and thanks to amazing people working at this dealership I am pretty sure it won’t be the last one . I’ve had a chance to deal with two outstanding individuals Iain and Kathryn who managed to finalise our transaction in 24 hours . Yes twenty four hours. Five stars for professional approach and those little gestures of kindness . Thank you from me and my wife …..
Fantastic experience from start to finish with Lexus Leicester. Darryl Heggs was extremely helpful and even though I was quite far away, made buying the car really easy and straightforward. Great sales team with impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend them.
First time having a Lexus and using Lexus Leicester and I found it to be an easy and enjoyable experience. Kathryn and Ian worked with me to get the price possible. They explained everything to us in the first visit so we knew exactly what we were buying. I'm sure we'll be using Lexus Leicester again. Highly recommended
Every member of staff was polite and friendly. I was shown to a very comfortable place to work while my car was being serviced and cleaned and plied with tea and biscuits. The guest wifi was excellent, too. An all-round excellent experience.
We recently had our car serviced and MOT done at the garage. Their customer service exceeded expectations and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very quick with the service and we had our car back the same day! Would highly recommend!!
Poor communication and general awful customer service from this branch. Travelled 2hrs from London to view a car and upon arrival the car was sold. The dealership had prior information that someone had to come to view the vehicle 24hrs before and purchase prior to my arrival however failed to act to inform me. When questioned whether they were planning to tell me they stated unlikely as they thought it would be best to sit down and discuss finance options with me or search other alternatives in branch for vehicles all of which I could of done at the comfort of my home. Offered no apology initially by the sales manager Matthew and actually was laughing at the predicament. Avoid this dealership.
