I bought a car from Evans Halshaw today and I am extremely impressed with the car and the staff that assisted me. Thank you so much to Humza and Ashley for all of their support. I had recently been in an accident and Humza was very supportive and friendly when I was test driving the car- which made me feel more confident and at ease. The whole process of buying the car was easy and quick. Humza talked me through all the details and was able to answer all the questions I had. Humza was extremely positive and informative and shared my excitement in buying the car. He helped talk me through the finance options and even helped me choose a care plan. I collected my car today and Humza sat and was very helpful in talking me through the car’s features and systems. Thank you to Ashley for also helping with the collection of my car and both staff members are an asset to your team. Thank you again!
Had my service carried out at the Leicester garage, dealt with Jay and Dillon from booking to completion. Very easy and full explanation given on the car with a complimentary car wash thrown in! This is the first time I have ever had a service for a car with such care and attention. The mechanic even took time from his lunch break to have a further chat to understand any issues experienced to make sure they did not miss anything. Superb service and definitely a garage you can trust in Leicester.
Popped into this dealership yesterday not knowing if they would have something or not. Found a car I liked and our sales person Humza was so helpful and patient, not pushy in the slightest, really relaxed and easy to communicate with. We were there for a couple of hours being quite thorough after being stung with an old car Not from this dealership and he was so patient and human about it. After our experience I would definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a car with Imran this week, and received excellent service in the dealership. I saw the car online, visited, test drove and took the car away the same day. The entire process was made quick and easy. No one in the dealership was pushy at all, everyone was extremely patient and helpful! Would recommend, thank you!

I visited here on Saturday and met the most wonderful salesman Imran. I told him exactly what car I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. His customer service skills were outstanding he was so helpful and gave me good advice. He was respectful at all times and ensured he dealt with my order til the very end. I recently bought a car from Evans Halshaw and I am extremely impressed with the car and Humza who I dealt with for a lot of the process. They were very helpful in giving me all my options and tailoring the purchase to suit me. The whole process of buying the car was easy and quick. On collecting the car Humza showed me all the features & even helped to set up the car so it was ready for me when I drove it away.
Fantastic customer service from Ashley Miles who helped with swapping my car over and sorted out helping get my new car He even went above and beyond to get a minor tail gate dent repair sorted and put me in a courtesy car so I could still get to work. I also dealt with Jay from service department who kept me up to date on car repairs.
I have just purchased my car from here. Imran was a great help me with everything. Helped look through all the different specs of the Fiesta & Focus so I could understand more and find the right one. Was friendly and when collecting the car helped with all the queries & never felt pressured into anything.
