I must thank Nathan for an excellent experience at the dealer.nI reserved a car online and by about 9 am the following morning he had made me a full walk around video of the car and showed me the key features.nAs I drive in europe on occasion, I needed to know aspects of using the car abroad, which he explained and showed me extremely well. Nathan was professional and amicable throughout the whole process. I commend him for making my purchase experience enjoyable.

I had recently been in an accident and needed a new car fast. Matt Berry at Parkway Leicester made the process easy and we managed to get everything sorted within a few days. All information was thoroughly explained, the upsell options weren’t forced on me, just explained as benefits if I thought they were useful. All round a seamless and trusted process. The service was 10/10

Great experience of buying a VW id3 from Parkway Leicester. Stefan Clay was so helpful, informative and patient and he put us under no pressure whilst we were deciding upon our car. We felt confident in Stefan's knowledge and he went to lengths to get us information about the car. All went smoothly in the process of purchasing in the car. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience at Parkway Leicester. They found a van that matched all my needs and there was no pressure at any point. Very helpful very friendly, Christian kept in communication with us while the vehicle was prepped.

Disappointed is an understatement. I now know why they have so many cars on the forcourt - they don't want to sell you a car!!!nWe wanted to look at an ID Buzz, after a few calls to the dealer, I managed to get down to view the selection of 7 cars. I settled on the colour option and was offered a ride. We went out and from my own research was told things about the car which weren't correct. I called back a few times and although the receptionist was lovely, the salesmen never emailed or called back when asked. I went again and met another chap, who blagged his knowledge about the car. Again we showed even more interest and followed it up and again no return calls.  Because they hold the majority of the stick, you are stuck dealing with this dealership, so we tried one final time, chatted over the phone, told the chap the specific colourway and model and how we were ready to purchase. He said to call in early April when there may be some deals or offers. Yes, you guessed it, no calls or emails. So we went to a dealership much further away just to purchase the car.nShocking customer service and product knowledge.nWould I recommend ,  Definitely not.
