Took my car in for a service today, firstly i had to unload my baby in her car seat, & I went to the wrong building, I was completely ignored for 5 minutes by the guy behind the desk. Someone else came in and sent me over the top correct building.
Service was slow, and I was asked for my national insurance number for the courtesy car, which I didn’t know.
I was given the keys to the courtesy car, without even being told how to use the car.
I put my baby in.... NO FUEL! I couldn’t even get home (20 miles away) to feed my daughter with an empty tank of fuel. I rang them to complain, they told me to bring the vehicle back. This was no good to me, as my daughter needed to get home to be fed.
Absolutely disgusting service. I will NOT ever use these again.

Went there today 7/3/18 , soon as we got out of our car some skinny drip VW employee with glasses on gave me and the wife the proper stink eye,  I said to wife do you think its because we rocked up in a vauxhall? but she was of the opinion that he defecated himself. We had a look about outside but we didn't want to go inside and bother the sales people due to the  can't be ARSKED stuck up vibe of the place. We went to KIA after and they really were so much more welcoming and professional.

Great service department but sales leaves a lot to be desired. Not helpful. I managed to walk in, ask a question and then leave straight away. Didn't even try to sell me a car! Very strange. Will order online.

I have been using this garage for 8 years and have to say its truly world class service from the Leicester branch,by the work shop staff to the front line staff , we have 2 VW GOLF'S and both are in regular on service plans-(arranged via the garage) , MOTs and general wear and tear. We get a courtesy car and free pick up and drop off (subject to availability and only if and when required, it's not always necessary) - or a taxi service locally. Having a service plan really helps as you don't have to part with a lump sum on every service as money is taken out in monthly instalments. 
Staff are always polite and welcoming even when under immense pressure , work required explained by staff in layman's terms and a short video as to where the faults are,unlike some other garages who are not always upfront and honest. 

And car gets a good clean before returning free of charge-happy days. 

Having used many garages over the 25 years this is by far the best.

Thankyou VW especially Holly S and manager Ashleiegh Palmer, you are a credit to the organisation in many ways.
