Just bought my VW Scirocco here from Gary. The whole experience was great. Gave me a good price for my part ex, very knowledgeable about the car he was selling me. Car was spotless, almost like new! Sent me my own personal walk around video a few days before picking the car up. Gary went above and beyond when I came to pick the car up. Brought my car into the showroom so we could swap bits over out of the rain. Did a good job finding tools to help me change over my steering wheel knob, even refitted my phone holder. Got a half decent coffee too whilst I waited! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Sytner & Gary.
Having found a car that met our specification 50 miles away we contacted Sytner to arrange a test drive. Over the phone Gary provided lots of information about the vehicle and made some recommendations so as not to arrive to find the vehicle had already been sold. On arriving, Gary was very welcoming and we enjoyed a good test drive accommodated with our 7 month old in the back. Gary was very easy to work with, provided all the information we needed to make a decision, and at no point was the stereotypical push sales person. When we went to collect the car 2 days later it was absolutely immaculate. We were very happy with our purchase and with the whole buying experience, which was completely stress free. Thank you Gary.
Recently purchased a car from here, service was brilliant from start to finish! My salesman was called Kam and he couldn’t of been better, we had some tricky issues to get around and he resolved them as quickly as possible and made sure I had the car for when I needed. You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and couldn’t fault him. Thanks Kam and Sytner Select for such a great experience I shall be back next time for my new car!
Today I have purchased a vehicle from Gary at Sytner Select and I could not be happier. From start to finish, Gary's customer service was outstanding. He went out of his way to bring the car from the prep centre to allow him to send me a video before it was prepped, a car of which I instantly bought. Came across an M135i on auto trader that had just been added that day was watching market like a hawk. I phoned and spoke to Jake Soles in sales whom told me all I needed to know and because I was travelling 100+ miles offered to take a full video of the car pointing out any imperfections so that nothing was a surprise upon collection. It ticked all my boxes and was reasonably priced for the silly market we find ourselves in. I got the video through which was thorough and detailed in HD so I could see everything, based on this I paid a deposit and booked my train landing at the dealer about 3 hours later. I found the car exactly as described and detailed in the video Jake provided which was highly useful. I paid the balance and left shortly after. Jake even picked me up from the station in the car to allow for a test drive back to the dealer. Jake Sole couldn’t of been more helpful and accommodating if he tried. I would buy from him again as I know what to expect moving forwards and would recommend him and the dealer. Thanks again.

This was our first experience of buying from Sytner at Blackbird Road, Leicester, and I would 100% recommend them. We were looked after from the first contact by Hannah who provided excellent customer service, and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. As we were purchasing remotely she sent personalised detailed videos of the car and provided all the information requested quickly and efficiently and did a great deal for our part exchange; allowing us the opportunity to make an informed choice before making the journey to collect the car. On the day of collection we were looked after by Hannah and the team and made to feel like valued customers; Hannah even had the presence of mind to bring the car into the showroom as rain was forecasted, the handover went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
Found our Range Rover Evoque on the Sytner Select Leicester website , we called and spoke to Elliot who was so helpful and knowledgeable sending a video of the car for us to take a look . After that we decided to travel to Leicester and the car was just as immaculate as it looked on the video footage , Elliot was extremely helpful and worked out a price to part ex our car . The whole process was very professional , not pushy at all and we took delivery a week later . We love our new car and would highly recommend this dealership and the team at Sytner Select Leicester !!!
Hannah, John and Elliot were all great to deal with. Thanks to some awkward timing on my part they went out of their way to make sure I still got sorted and could pick up the car which has been great! a week later than expected. Would recommend!
