Bought a Citroen C4 Cactus Flair -  from Kamila at Bristol Street Motors. Excellent service - explained the process very well. Pleasant and made the process very easy.
Several phone calls to check that everything was ok with the purchase and that we were enjoying the car.
We found that something on the key boot opening sensor wasn’t working so car was quickly booked in - hopefully will be sorted quickly.
Car does come with a multi city option that has a page on the electronic touch screen but no multi city key came with the purchase. This was chased up to be told that it is an additional add on - but the function is available on this model ? This is a bit confusing and if not part of this model spec should have been disabled. This is the only negative that I have found with the purchase.
Would definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors.

I booked my Relay van for MOT, and asked them to fix the glove box. On arrival at 1030 they said they'd also do a free health check and contact me if they found any problems, and/or they'd call me when the van was ready.
They did not contact me at all, apart from sending me a completely pointless video at 1650 showing me the front of my van and a broken glove box.
I then called to ask if the van was ready, it was. So on arrival at 1730, I was informed that they didn't MOT Relay vans there, so that had been subcontracted. They also couldn't fix the glove box and reported that the handbrake needed adjusting but they hadn't had time or staff available to adjust it during the 7hours while they had it.
Staff were pleasant, but this is pretty poor service all the way round, will try avoiding this garage in future.

We have just bought a second hand car from this dealership - what an excellent experience. Mikki who dealt with us during the whole process was brilliant with nothing being too much trouble from both of us test driving the vehicle to assisting my wife when she collected it. The purchasing was a smooth process and everything we asked to be done was completed  (MOT / servicing / minor paint repairs).    Would recommend this dealership and especially Mikki.

Just purchased a new c3 and after a couple of delays I can say that I would recommend Bristol Street Motors, if you want great service seek out Mikaela she is absolutely fantastic 10/10.

Use weekly for parts, very helpful always seem to be willing to help either they have the parts in stock or get them in the next day, never had any issues.
