We've been here a few times and the service has gone from great down to just dangerous, and I'm genuinely gutted we lost trust in Stoneacre - we were actually in the market for a new Car! We have only used Stoneacre for the aftercare side of things; MOT, servicing, etc. The first few times were no issue, and they actually saved us some money getting an issue solved before the warranty ran out the next day. Where things began to fall down was negligence for a service. A day after we got the car back, the engine was overheating, something we asked them to look at. The car broke down, and he had to take it back. They identified the problem, and made up for missing it by doing the fix at cost, great! Still a faff we had to take it back. Flash forward a week (waiting for a part), we get the car back. My partner then discovered that the engine cover had been left in the boot with what looked like the air filter, this was after driving around for a few days. It's a little concerning that something as big as an engine cover was missed, and makes you wonder what else they miss when servicing/fixing your car. We were offered an MOT on the house, but it doesn't really make up for the fact they're an approved Fiat dealer, so we trusted them to correctly fix and put the engine back together - might as well have gone to a cheaper unapproved mechanic.

The team were very accommodating with test drives on a Fiat 124 Spider and the Arbarth version. We had seen some great deals on offer for these cars which the team were aware of and were able to offer us some good advice on the best option to take.

Had the pleasure of sorting a car with Adam from sales also with Michael from finance, can't fault the two of them, have helped me in a big way at getting a new car...Superb stuff

Service of my Abarth 595 perfect as always from Liverpool Stoneacre, I have has past 3 Fiat cars serviced by them and all brilliantly done. do love they wash car also! But I have to say I cannot fault the service I have personally had, from buying 2 cars from them, having 3 serviced, all staff are so friendly to a point I end up chatting for a while or end up thinking of buying a new car. If you have a Fiat or for me more so an Abarth do use them for servicing as they have same passion about cars as I do.

Car Abarth Punto Essesse went in for Service & Mot but on the way there engine management system came on saying major fault . On inspection Misfire showing on one cylinder exhaust valve failiure or Multiair Failiure. It was Multiair Failiure an achilles heel of this model. Craig in Service was very helpful got it sorted and kept me informed all along. Car running better than ever now although Abarth Uk unhelpful in getting a discount for a New Multiair Unit that has failed at only 40000 miles.
