Purchased a almost new £85K Land Rover defender to go across Africa this summer on a 4 month expedition. Great customer service and no hard sale, let me drive the vehicle on a test drive with no pressure whatsoever. I had some small issues after purchased and the company was happy to rectify and put right without any hesitation. Very pleased with the vehicle and would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a motorcar from this company.

Had an amazing experience with Wavertree car centre. After weeks of visiting several other dealerships and feeling anxious about the whole experience, Visited Wavertree car centre and was introduced to Gary who couldn't do enough to help us purchase the car we wanted. He was extremely helpful and answered every query professionally and in a courteous manor. Would highly recommend this dealership. 10/10 Customer Service. Happy to recommend these guys. Really great choice of quality cars, no hard sell .We had gone on Saturday primarily to look at a red Paceman, which my wife didn’t like and ending up viewing a few other cars. Josh was patient & supremely helpful. A mint white BMW 1 series caught her eye , a short test drive was done but we had another car to see much nearer to home. Out of the 4 garages I phoned theses guys were the only ones who, when told which car I was interested in, didn’t do the old sales trick of saying “ oh yes it’s still available but I’ve had several people phone already today on that one” OR “are you the same chap that rang earlier? “ So on Sunday morning I called Josh asked him to solve a couple of concerns before buying which was no trouble for him & I was asked for just £100 deposit. Car was taken off their website immediately. Josh was off for a couple of days prior to & including the collection so I half expected my requests therefore not to have been sorted but handover was done quickly & efficiently by his colleague, car was pulled out of the valet bay absolutely spot on. They are just over an hour away but they will be my first port of call for our next car.

Bought a car from the garage last week. Really happy with the whole experience, test drove at short notice, touched up the bodywork where I asked, did & provided all paperwork, the salesman Josh was pleasant and kept in touch throughout the purchase process. Car drives really well and I've a warranty that the garage threw in with the price. The good price was the thing that initially attracted me to the car so all of the above was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I was a bit nervous and tentative buying from a non franchised dealer but when Wavertree car Centre had the Maserati GT in Fuji white I wanted, I took the plunge. Suffice to say that Chris and the team were true to their word, flexible and approachable and very fair on conditions and pricing. I would buy again from this business and really liked dealing with them. Well done and hope your business goes from strength to strength.

No job was too small for the staff, they made sure I was happy with the car I bought. They serviced, MOT and put 4 new tyres on my new car for me and changed batteries on both car keys. Good offer to trade in my old car. I felt looked after and everyone was friendly.

Knowledgeable and polite, friendly service. Good selection of quality used cars. Recommended. Update:. Almost two weeks after we purchased our car, we are still waiting for the promised refund of the cost of a set of locking wheel bolts. It's only £34.99, but when Gary said he would refund it, I shouldn't need to keep chasing him to do it. A reply to my emails would have been polite too. Update 13/10/2022: Following my above review, I received a message from WCC a few days ago, asking that I send Gary my account details, so that he could arrange for the refund. I replied on the same day. I'm still waiting. The phrase "out of sight, out of mind" seems appropriate. Update 14/10/2022: I received a call from Gary, who said that he had been on holiday when I sent the details of the wheel bolt purchase I sent them on the evening of same day that we bought the car. I doubt that he had been on holiday for a month, but, I am happy to confirm that we have finally received the refund that he promised.

We purchased a car from Wavertree Car Centre , what a fabulous experience from start to finish. We were kept informed throughout the process by Gary who was a joy to deal with. We live quite a long way from Liverpool and were extremely pleased to hear that they offered a delivery service Our car was delivered to our home by a lovely man called Robin who was a real character and a pleasure to meet.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wavertree Car Centre. Great service by Steve. Found the car on Autotrader. Loved the spec. Went in the next day and everything sorted in under an hour. Will definitely recommend them as they have some outstanding cars. Would 100% come be using them again!
