I have just left here after meeting with the manager Dave and although I haven't yet bought my car from there I can honestly say he has restored my faith in Renault.. After shocking treatment from Chester Renault I swore I'd never go back to choosing a Renault again.. Such a warm and friendly man who gave me all the information I need. I would recommend him to anyone. No pressure from him and very informative. Thank you. I will be returning!!

My wife bought a car from a different dealer a year ago, which was the worst experience possible. Compared with that, Wirral Renault were amazing. The salesman was available at the agreed time. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Picking up the car once bought was a speedy process - I was driving away 30 minutes after arriving (it took over 2 hours for my wife's car at a different dealer).
