I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Johnson’s volkswagen. My friend, has encountered an incredibly frustrating situation at this establishment, waiting for over two months for a car that was never delivered.The ordeal reached a new low when they informed him that the finance was not approved, promising a refund within two weeks. Such incompetence and lack of transparency are utterly unacceptable.

Sorted out a brand new mobilty car with ease , so helpful and understanding and easy to complete the relevant paper work I even got my new car the same week too . We happy 10/10 great staff , clean and tidy showroom too .

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Was misold a car as having 6,000 miles on the odimeter, when it arrived it had over 13,000 on the clock, as well as containing the personal belongings of the last person that used it and an unpaid speeding fine one of their employees had accrued. It hadn't been cleaned at all, not even vacuumed.nnIt was very difficult to obtain a refund for the deposit which I had to spend several weeks chasing calling through to numerous equally incompetent departments. All emails to chase up vehicle tax I had paid were also ignored.nnSeveral emails sent to Ahmed Mansoor who I can see has responded to several bad reviews, but all ignored as not in the public domain. It’s all about money and once they have yours they couldn’t care less.nnPlease never buy a car from these cowboys. After going elsewhere the experience was very much chalk and cheese - an incomparably more professional experience.

I was happy with the service at Johnsons Volkswagen Liverpool because . I was completely made relaxed by the salesperson Oliver Healing. He answered all my questions. I found the showroom to be very freindly and accommodting.

We was given the perfect experience of purchasing a polo for our Daughter who had recently passed her driving test.  Holly went above and beyond to help us.nNot once did we feel pressured but made to feel relaxed at all times.   From the start to the perfect hand over was a 5 star plus service.nnMany thanksnnDarren Jane and Emma
